Scene opens with Ian operating on a guy for his kidneys and the kidneys were delivered to the Organ Trade middle-man Minh.
Ian & Minh are lovers whose relationship is held together by mutual interest from the organ trade business.
After each transaction, Minh would go to Ian’s house to make love. Both are equally despicable characters who enjoys sex, blood and gore. Especially Ian’s who gets very turn on at the sight of blood and guts.
